Angela Mitchell, MHA
President & Chief Executive Officer
Angela Mitchell takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy and executable solutions. She instinctively foresees the threads of opportunities and brings them together, while helping others extend their thinking. She is an inspirational leader who inspires action while at the same time is grounded in business savvy information that elevates the business. Respected as a credible voice in decision making, business partnerships, and strategic alliances, as President and CEO of ARM Consulting LLC (ARM), she is spearheading transforming healthcare, human resources, and IT from a functional focus to an enabler of innovation for clients.
Angela holds an MHA from The Ohio State University, BS in Human Development from Howard University. She chairs and
serves on several Boards including Loudoun Health Commission, Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, Advisory Board Member for Northwest Federal Credit Union, and Chair, for the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls.
Previously, as Senior Director, Angela led business development
within market access division for a Parexel by increasing their
revenue by 300% and infusing technology, innovation, and operational improvements. During this time, she drove the acquisition of market share from large competitors, repositioning the market access division as a recognized and
credible player in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. Earlier she rose through the ranks of Covance by transitioning from a reimbursement specialist to account manager. She began her career in healthcare and public health working for not-for-profits, federal and local governments.
