SOLUTIONS THAT GO
BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

Working with ARM

ARM'S APPROACH

Methodologies and Processes Designed to Meet Objectives and Mitigate Risk

ARM tailors our approaches to address the specific goals and objectives of each client and their programs.  Our experience includes numerous engagements that involved managing project resources at Federal agencies, where resolving issues of team dynamics were the key focal point. From that experience, we have discovered that the utilization of an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) approach has resulted in the most successful outcomes.

The goal of any assignment is to achieve efficient execution of project activities within a specified timeline and  with the ability to accommodate budget constraints.  What has become ARM’s best practice is to incorporate our customized ISO 9001 QMS process components combined with the core principles of Project Management’s Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Processes Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
