ARM Consulting LLC has been awarded a multi-year Telehealth (TH) Specialty Services Contract in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR) Telehealth (TH) Initiative Contract in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR).
As the Prime Contractor, ARM provides Program Management to direct the development, execution, and management of a comprehensive and integrated TH infrastructure as well as provide program direction and oversight and exercises overall coordination for the complex day-to-day telehealth operations in support of the entire enhanced Multi-Service Market (eMSM) beneficiary population of the Department of Defense’s largest tertiary care facility serving over 230,000 patients in 160 subspecialty clinics with over 7,000 personnel.
